Live Video
Live images of a presentation or the proceedings of a ceremony are sometimes required to be relayed into another area, to be viewed on remote screens.
This may be to accommodate a larger audience or perhaps delegates at a conference need to keep up to date with the proceedings in the main conference hall, whilst preparing for their own speech in another room. In a large conference hall, live images are often relayed onto screens around the hall to bring the presenters on the stage closer to the audience or to fill in areas where the audience may not have a totally unobstructed view of the stage.
These video images may of course be recorded and used as part of a webcast or edited into a future programme for distribution.
Remote presenters and delegates can also be brought into the event via Teams or a Zoom call.
