Meetings and debates need to be under the control of a chairman to achieve an effective outcome.

CVC event services provide automatic discussion systems with delegate microphones and a master console controlled by the chairman. Each microphone unit has its own built in speaker, ensuring that all the participants can hear the discussion clearly regardless of the acoustics of the room.

Once installed, the system can be used without the need for a technical operator, essential if the meeting is confidential.
